Aren't red ones supposed to be lucky or something?

hm... sounds a bit , er , fattening? Doesn't it make you look thick in the middle? (Not that I would need any help in that department!)Danako

Yes, and I really want a red one! This was hot pink though.

It's actually fairly thin, so it shouldn't add much. Trouble is that it slowly rides up (and down) and by the end of the day it's all bunched up and does inteed add a bit of bulk. So I mostly wear it around the house.

Amy, any idea how I can get myself one of these, despite living in the US? I'm always cold too....

I'm afraid I have no idea! Maybe we could work out some kind of trade?

I too read the article in ping, then i went to the fabric store and bought some stretch fleece and after 10 minutes of experimentation had myself a cute haramaki ! it took 3/8 of a yard and two seams, and because the fabric was a remnant, it cost under $1. it works great and stays put. i love it!!!

Amy, I'd love to trade! What do you have in mind? Feel free to PM me! :)

I make my own too, but now I need to put a pocket in them. That's awesome.
  • Blue Lotus 8y

I never actually use the pocket for anything, but it sure is cute.
