Ginger milk pudding

Grate the ginger (about 1 knob), squeeze the juice from the pulp, and strain into a small bowl.


Add the sugar and milk to a mug and microwave 2 minutes, until the milk is between 70 and 80C.


We don't have a thermometer so had to guess.
