Ikuradon (a bowl of rice topped with salmon roe) garnished with shiso. The ikura is darker than usual because it is shouyuzuke (marinated in soy sauce) rather than the usual salt-flavoured type.
I made it myself from sujiko (whole sacs of salmon roe). The supermarkets are full of sujiko this time of year, and it is far cheaper than prepared ikura.
