Greek

My lunch: moussaka (a kind of Greek-style shepard's pie with layers of eggplant, ground meat and bechamel sauce). It was delicious, as was the potato. I've always wondered how Greek potatoes are so richly flavoured but still firm. And I finally found out- my Dad asked the waitress and she was kind enough to tell us.

Can't wait to try it myself.
