      Wow! Where did you get duck? I don't think I've ever seen it at the store....market I'm guessing?

      Taberukoto, actually duck is not terribly hard to find in my part of Tokyo. Always in tiny quantities (often pre-sliced for kamo-nanban soba), and not cheap, but a few supermarkets do carry it regularly. Failing that Nisshin, Hanamasa Meats, and The Meat Guy are good sources.
