Between Image and Word
(galvanized steel wire, cyanotypes, transparencies, found objects, monofilament)

Between Image and Word was commissioned by the 2007-2008 fellows of the Robert Penn Warren Center for the Humanities at Vanderbilt University. The work was created as a visual engagement with the scholarly work of the ten faculty members participating in a year-long interdisciplinary project on the intersections between word and image. The work was first shown at the Vanderbilt Fine Arts Gallery, and is now permanently installed in the RPW Center for the Humanities.
