ruffled wrist cuff from salvaged textiles

    Newer Older

Vintage inspired one of a kind ruffled wrist cuff made from salvaged vintage textiles. I've used rows of ruffled silks and vintage laces in warm earth tones of brown, mocha, beige, and ecru, and accented with a row of vintage crocheted metal lace

The cuff is on a sturdy damask body and the back is lined with soft silk. The closure is a fabric covered elastic hoop
and vintage mother of pearl button.

thank you Lorie, the gold lace is from the late 1800's it's so awesome!
thank you Debra I had fun making it, it was the first one I made on the sewing machine, my older ones were all hand sewn and took forever to finish. I love making them :)
