Huh. Wasn't the AC line supposed to be for August?

Which TRU? I actually went the Warrington branch (up North!) yesterday after a day in Liverpool (the major toy shops in the centre didn't even have POTC)

  3. bluemoose 47 months ago | reply

Bedford. No PotC. But they had all the Alien Conquest sets & all the City Harbour sets.
They weren't in the 'LEGO' section; they were in the 'featured products' area near the door.

Yea the POTC sets were in the doorway feature area in Warrington, I'm sure some of them were incorrectly priced to! the actual Lego was in abit of a state to be fair but it was mostly old sets there.

Ah, excellent. This gives me hope that they'll be available at Brickworld. :)

Huh? I went into the Hull branch this afternoon but there was no sign of any new sets (apart from POTC)

This was taken at ~3:30; the shelf filler had finished putting them out about a minute before I took the photo.

i'm sure Mark said they are released 3rd of may.

They've been on sale through TRU US's website for about 10 days already.

I'm glad USA box arts don't leave out the piece count.

    The prices seem pretty random

    US - UK

    $20 - 19
    $40 - 31

The 19 pound one should be about 14.

  16. Malravion 47 months ago | reply

You would think that, or you would think it would be even cheaper in the UK over the USA price as its closer from the Lego factory, sadly though it is rarely that way. Its all down to economics!

Yay! I've still got a load of LEGO vouchers, so I'll wait until they appear in Lego stores and S@H.
