Mesmer, of the single brown eye, and spectacles too

    Newer Older

Playing around with the camera and shooting myself again, because I apparently just can't get enough of me, me, me. Or, really, the truth is, I just like fiddling with the camera while sittiing at my laptop, when I should be doing work.

The photo was very orangy. I color-corrected it, but then it looked dull and uninteresting. So, I applied a black and white filter. Then I tried the so-called infrared filter. Then I applied noise. Then I backed everything down so while it looks sepia, it's really just very desaturated.

Then I decided to do a cutout on the eye. Again.

Yeah, I'm not that original. Still, it's fun to play!

Here's the other version I did a few days back.

Check it out, I "comic-book-ized" the image a bit. See if you like it...
