Four Days of Bentō

'Bentō' is essentially just Japanese for 'packed meal', but outside of Japan it seems to mean a compartmentalised lunch box, served at room temperature with cutlery (e.g. chopsticks).

This seems to be a pretty good way to get a balanced diet, since you can match the proportions suggested by MyPlate / Eatwell Plate / The Australian Guide to Healthy Eating.
