Death is just so big, and man so small | by JenavieveMarie

Death is just so big, and man so small

just take the time to think about me

to feel me

I won't be here forever

and neither will you

feel my bones shift under this thin thing atop them.

My skin.

The goosebumps you bring to it.

My skin.

Death has this great power to consume us both,

at any given moment,

so why do we pay it no heed?

In the grand scale, we are all so fragile.

We could be snapped in two,

no more.

No more goosebump filled skin.

No more shifting bones.

No more life.

So love me while you can.

one of me smiling in the comments from today :)
