But both. See, this type of clothing is Rimpu. It refers to any traditional woven fabric worn as such by females of Dompu, West Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia. This one is Rimpu Mpida, worn by unmaried woman. Covering all face and upper body except the eyes. If she is married, then she is allowed to show her face.
Here is the interesting fact about rimpu. Lot of stuff is concealed beneath the fabric. Money, spices, jewelry, even kitchen knifes, and believe me, I often see one with Sickle or Dagger. So, if you dare to assault women wearing rimpu, think twice! =))
