Dusky Woodswallow: All grown up
Dusky Woodswallow, Artamus cyanopterus
+==============+
I could be wrong, I'd like to think this is the same young Woodswallow I posted a few weeks back when it was still dependant on the parents for food. (It is the same tree!)
Now it's an accomplished hunter working over the grasses with the adults,confident and accurate.
Woodswallows are among a very few perching birds that can soar.
Amazing to watch a family group in the air as they duck and weave without a wingflap
