Cincinnati Water Works
The old Cincinnati Water Works houses the four largest water pumping engines in the world at a height of 104 feet tall. Most of that height is beneath ground level and held within a circular pump house. The station was built in the years 1898 to 1906, and was in service from '06 to 1963. The engines are no longer in service though the pump house still provides some use.

The tour guide is the most enthusiastic Lee Hite and much more information of the facility and tours can be found at cincinnatitriplesteam.org
