STEAK

I had to put a BBQ on at golf for my birthday (them's the rules!) I'd asked the butcher for some steaks and he happened to be cutting uo some 3-week-aged beef for a restaurant he supplies. There was a heap of off cuts, thinly sliced. The steak was so tender, just melted on the BBQ, only took about a min on each side and that was it - perfect!
