Evening Roost

It would have been rude not to visit the Moray coast when we were up in the Cairngorms. We visited many of the sights as we made our way down to Portknockie and ended up at Bow Fiddle Rock. The waves there, as the tide was at it's highest, were pretty big, as they get channeled into the cove. The rock is a big nesting site for many bird species including Greater and Lesser Black-backed Gulls. I decided to use a shorter exposure for birds in flight and a longer exposure for the water.
