Fountain at the Library

Our "new-ish" public library (about three years old) has spare but interesting architecture and lovely fountains. The yellow-walled building next to the library is a very cool art studio, offering classes for kids and adults in everything from basket-weaving to silversmithing. This patio is just outside a charming little cafe, The Red Poppy, that is housed in the library.

This was sketched last summer in my beautiful journal made for me by Carol:-)
