Cranberry-Orange and Almond Pudding
I was in a cooking kind of mood and saw this recipe from Nigella Lawson's tv show. It seemed easy enough so I gave it a shot.
It's an orange flavoured cake base, cranberry filling, and an almond crumble-like topping.
All I can say is.... it is VERY good!
