John passed on swimming in it.

Pumpkin Spring is a warm geothermal spring a few feet above the high-water level of the Colorado River in the Grand Canyon (213 miles downstream from Lees Ferry). We weren't too sure of the water quality, and it was already a hot day. Sure was pretty though.
