Flatiron Quarry
An old abandoned quarry that we explored a few days ago. I have been to this place once before, but I went back recently to smoke, relax, explore and maybe get some pics. Unfortunately it is a construction site now, and I imagine it is not much longer for this earth. Things were more boarded up this time and they have started grading the surrounding dirt. The site is so beautiful and has such an amazing view of Boulder and the flatirons that I can see why it is being developed. Too be honest I was surprised I found such a cool abandoned place in Boulder to begin with...
