Autumn White Flight

After a glass of champagne as an aperatif, we moved on to flights with food pairings.

 

Pinot Gris (paired with spiced & roasted shrimp and couscous), Cuvee 2000 (paired with braised pork in a quince), Chardonnay (paired with a potato bisque) and another Chardonnay (paired with a lamb somosa, obscured)

 

This was as good as it looks.
