View from Sahale Arm. North Cascades National Park.
This was probably the best hike I went on during my visit to North Cascades. The trail to Cascade pass was gradual and not bad at all. Then the next two or so miles to Sahale Arm was a bit more steep and involved climbing over lots of rock. A bit more strenuous but well worth it! The view of Doubtful Lake, which is behind me in this shot, was just beautiful! Another place I would like to be at sunrise/sunset.
