Bocuse d'Or 2013
Considered the world's most prestigious culinary competition, the Bocuse d’Or draws top chefs from around the globe. It was founded in 1987 by legendary French chef Paul Bocuse and Albert Romain, organizer of the trade exhibition Sirha, where the competition is held every two years in Lyon, France. Those who win the top prizes immediately become known as some of the best chefs in the world.
