Bullock's Beef House

The film gate on the Karat has those interesting squiggly edges you see in most of these shots. I tried to leave it in when I scanned the negatives.

I bought a grab-bag of random cameras from eBay and was happily surprised to find that one of them was an Agfa Karat IV in nice condition. The Karat line was Agfa's answer to Kodak's folding Retinas. The earlier models use a proprietary 12-frame film cartridge, but by the IV they'd adopted the standard 35mm format.

This one has the less expensive Agfa Solinar 50/2.8. Even so, I think the results are very nice. Film is expired Fuji Super G+ 100.
