Maya Angelou

Acclaimed literary figure and civil rights activist Maya Angelou (b. 1928) read her poetry to a capacity crowd at Robsham Theater Arts Center in March 1984. The event was co-sponsored by the Humanities Series in conjunction with the Women's Resource Center and the Office of University Chaplain of Boston College.
