Inspired by the art of so-very-slow food and hand-crafted Japanese cuisine, this Michelin starred restaurant is in Manhattan downtown. The dishes are authentic enough.
Their menu is vary from USD$80 to $200 per person, while some need days reservation in advance. With budget limit, I choose their 7 courses (cheapest one that allows walk-in) pairing with wine (sake).
Here is one of the seven courses: 御造里 (向付け or Mukōzuke), which is a sliced dish of seasonal sashimi. Home-made wasabi is extraordinarily impressed.
