Baker County Tourism – basecampbaker.com 4496

A very accommodating flock of Sandhill Cranes along Oregon’s Elkhorn Byway near the Sumpter Dredge Tailings between Sumpter and Baker City.

The Elkhorn Scenic Byway is one of our favorite drives for watching wildlife and this area near Phillip’s Lake and the Sumpter Dredge Wildlife area is always a great stop.
