Setsubun Day

I made some traditional makizushi and nimame because today is Setsubun Day.

*Ingredients

Makizushi: rice, sushi vinegar, sushi nori, grilled anago fish, Japanese omelette, cucumber, boiled mitsuba, simmered koyadofu, sakura denbu, simmered kanpyo, simmered shiitake mushrooms

 

Nimame: daizu beans, konnyaku, konbu, carrot, shiitake mushrooms, dashi, sake, mirin, lightly colored soy sauce
