Gently sailing away
Sailboats at Lester beach (D.L.Bliss state park)
I love this beach. It was the least crowded of the ones we visited (thats probably to do with the fact that we had to pay to enter the park). A nice stretch of beach and some rocks on which we clambered to perch precariously while listening to soft music coming from these sailboats. This place had an eclectic mix of people: a playful snorkeling couple, a young bunch trying to walk a tight-rope they erected on the beach, and a late entrant: a girl with a tripod who set up her camera and was waiting for something. Too bad we left before I found out what she was waiting to photograph. We even saw some scuba divers emerge from the waters as we were leaving.
Oh, and the name of the park sparked off a most entertaining discussion amongst us, about what the letters D, L could mean..
