This is the 2nd Tiger cake I have made but the other was a few years back and did I make any notes? Of course not!
This one was bigger than the first standing at just over 14" tall and was vanilla sponge with buttercream and raspberry jam for the body and head. The front legs were cake crumbs mixed with crunchie, melted chocolate with butter & syrup and then I rolled in in greaseproof to set. back legs were fondant with RKTs for the feet.
