These are soo adorable - like everything you do : ) - I can't make out the third column is it the baking directions? I love the pink and brown gingham, I don't think I've ever seen that!!!

Love the labels and the idea(s)! Your site is such a joy to read anytime, but especially when my office job is slow. Thanks for being so cute and positive!

The largest size of the labels available doesn't make the instructions readable. Can you post the original larger size labels you must've used in the article? :)

after some careful reading it says preheat the oven to 350,stir ingredients in a large bowl, add 1/2 cup butter almost melted, 1 slightly beaten egg, 1tsp vanilla extract. combine thoroughly, roll into ??? balls and bake for 10 minutes.

I've just made 8 batches of xmas cookie jars. I'm exhausted from all of the measuring and careful packing!
I did some with exactly your recipe for those with kids and made crystalized ginger, choc chip and pecan for the oldies.
I also used part vanilla sugar and topped each one with a chunk of vanilla pod.
I even have one left for us :)
