Every month or two, I attend a photo class in Puyallup. The subject of this month's class was portraits -- with the added challenge of capturing a model's personality despite much of the face being hidden by a mask. I've worked with this model before, and Elizabeth can always be counted on to deliver something classic and elegant. I love how expressive her eyes are, and how much the mask focuses attention on them.
I took a lot of photos from farther back, but consistently the best images are those that pull in close, to capture the exquisite details in the face and the wonderful textures of the masks.
