So the rant for this photo is about copyright...
I am all for copyright, if someone is stealing your work whether it's downloading music, films, software or using your images without your consent it is not right and more than likely illegal. There was a news article recently on DP review (it may be elsewhere too), about a case that went to court where a photo was being sold that was very similar to another photo that had already been taken.
Has this gone too far? From what I have read, the person in question had put together several photos to make them look like his target image, which just so happend to be similar to another mans photo. Surely if whatever you taken with your own camera and put together in your own way is your material?
Back to my shot, this is a photo taken with my camera, I guess that a photo like this has been taken a million times before, but it certainly is my photo!
