Thinkpad X61T DIY HDD tray
I'm a cheapskate, so instead of buying an HDD tray for the bare X61T I acquired, I made one myself.

I needed two trays since I have two bare X61T's, so I first made a prototype, then used the experience I gained to make the final version.

I used HDD trays from older Thinkpad models, some rubber from a bicycle wheel's innertube, super glue, and duct tape-- all of which I already have, so the total cost is zero. :D
