Conley Junior Fixed Focus

My latest old camera arrival. A 1920s Conley Junior Fixed Focus folding camera for 120 film. Came with a spool inside marked "Kodak Brownie" and "patent pending" - I'm going to assume then that this was an early all metal spool.

I understand that Conley went bankrupt in 1924, so this must be a pretty old camera. Conley cameras were sold through Sears & Roebuck catalogs (but apparently not enough of them).

While the fit and finish are decent - the design of the camera is really not up to par with contemporary Ansco and Kodak products. I think most of the oddities in design must have occurred to sidestep the patents of those two large companies.
