Kodak Sterling II

A folding camera taking 6x9cm images on 620 film, made by Kodak Ltd in England between May 1955 and 1959.

The body is a metal casting with added sheet metal and chromed parts, and a plastic top plate. The button beside the viewfinder is the folding release catch; the red button beside the winding knob is the shutter release. The small knob beside the viewfinder is merely to lift the feed spool retainer during loading. This is an earlier model; later examples have a metal winding knob.

Shutter: Pronto, speeds 1/25-1/200 + B with flash sync and self-timer

Lens: Kodak Anaston, 105mm / f4.5, focus down to 3.5ft
