Northrop T-38 Talon -- Boeing Aircraft Corporation (N38FT)

    Newer Older

This T-38 is flown by the Boeing Aircraft Corp as a chase plane. As far as I know, this was the first time that Boeing brought one of their T-38s to Grand Junction, CO.

why is it that this is labeled as experimental.

    7. stratomech 79 months ago | reply

It is owned by the Boeing Company and not the military that is why it has an "N" number and is experimental. This is the only T-38 that Boeing has.

If an aircraft is labeled as experimental then you have a bit more flexability as to what you ca do with it. All our L-39s that we support are experimental.
