Great view! I remember that series well. I was 17 and it was the first time in my life that an AL team that was not the Yankees won the World Series. For the Orioles it was the first championship in franchise history. They had never won one as the St. Louis Browns and there were no world series yet when they were the Milwaukee Brewers (1901~1902).

My father was sitting right behind the O's dugout. He was in town on business.

Here are the program cover and his stub to Game 3.

Thank you for posting, my father and I (I was 11 years old) were at this game. We came from CHICAGO to see this world series. My father has since past away and this brings back a special memory. A side note-I became a season ticket holder and a die hard CUB FAN, I had world series tickets in 1984 and 2003, we all know how that turn out, So I am glad I was able to see a world series in my lifetime.
