Deliciously coconut milk with tender pieces of chicken. If I were to make it at home, I usually use more herb paste for a more uh, herbaceous flavour. Here, the coconut milk is the centrepiece. It was so good that we polished off all the rice after dousing it with the green curry sauce.
We also saw the lemongrass chicken and Pla Sam Rod 3-flavour fish that had wonderful presentations! I'll have to remember to order it next time.
