Julia's Kyneton Olive Pizza
Simple pizzas made with dough that the bread machine kneaded. The bread machine took 1 hour to knead and proof the dough. The pizzas took about 10-15 minutes in a hot oven.
- Kyneton Nonna's Crushed Olives and garlic - under-seasoned because the olives were very fruity and not too salty
- Zaatar and preserved lemon - a very Middle-Eastern combination!
- Anchovies, chilli, garlic - i love my stinky fish, but it was a bit too strong for Julia
- fennel seeds and sea salt - yum, but would have been so much better with Italian-style salted pork fat!
Served with creamed cauliflower soup, not shown.
