Boon Chew had the 回锅肉饭 Double-Cooked Pork which was rather mild tasting, but the fatty pork had a great texture, if you weren't too worried about eating healthily!

DAINTY Sichuan is dead! Long live Sichuan House! As reported here two weeks ago (Espresso, August 11), Dainty Sichuan closed its doors with little warning recently, but a phoenix (of sorts) has risen from the ashes.
The Corrs Lane site has been taken over by established restaurateur Peter Hu - owner of Sichuan Restaurant in Box Hill - who has recruited the entire kitchen staff and several of the waiters from Dainty Sichuan.
Sichuan House opened last Wednesday with a menu that is "very much the same as before, with all the Sichuan specialties", says Hu.
