Farmer's Breakfast - Pancake Parlour, Chadstone AUD16.50

    Newer Older

Too big a breakfast for 1, but only slightly too big for 2 :)
Had I noticed that the pancakes were buttermilk, I would have tried to swap them for buckwheat pancakes. As it was, this breakfast was just too greasy with the scoop of whipped butter, buttery garlic mushrooms and greasy bacon.

I really felt like something high in fibre to soak up all the grease I ingested. This came in the form of Curios - Weet Bix snacks :)
About 9% fibre and 20% sugar, and containing 41% whole wheat. Not bad!
