Home Office

Newer Older

For the first time in 2 self-employment stints, I have a dedicated office at home. (I've always shared space in our master bedroom.)

I have *several* wonderful prints that I've bought over the years from ISO50, Ligature Loop & Stem, James White, and others... but haven't framed them yet. In due time.

Roll over the image for notes about the equipment.

Glad to see the Level & Tap print gets such proper placement. Sara rocks.

    Hey there,

Saw this posted on simpledesks, You do realise that your condenser microphone pics up audio from the side of the black mesh rather than the top, right? If you're recording things like that then you'll have a very bad pickup, as the polar patterns for these things are normally cardioid (they pick up a balloon type shape from the side of the mic.

Wow, I had no idea. I'm still a newbie when it comes to sound. Thanks for the tip, Sam.
