When we were on holidays we stopped to have lunch by a creek in the Snowy Mountains and much to my surprise I stumbled across a butterfly party. There was about 20 or so Lime or Chequered Swallowtail butterflys spread out on the damp sand sucking out the moisture. No photo could capture what I saw and felt that day it was truly amazing. This is only a small part of the gathering.
