COVID-19: Sri Lanka
A Sri Lankan government workers, checking financial details in the bank while following the safety measures implemented by the government health institution in Minuwangoda 34 km from Colombo, Sri Lanka 29 April 2020. Due to the spreading of the Corona virus rapidly in the Navy camp at Welisara and the increasing of COVID 19 positive cases, the Sri Lankan government announced more health measures and started taking strict actions against the people who violate the rules and regulations during the curfew periods. The Country has so far reported 619 cases and 7 deaths from the prevailing situation of the Corona pandemic within the country.
