      I love the skirt (and boots of course) great outfit! I wondered if you could tell me what color your fabric is if it is from Alabama Chanin and also what stencil did you use?

      hollymeyers114 The outter fabric is something I picked up from the sale table at my local Hancocks, the yellow underlayer I dyed from white. The stencil is my own. The skirt pattern itself is from Alabama Chanin.

      Excellent! Great job! The skirt matches your camera strap, too! I, too, love your boots. My 6 year old has a very similar pair (a gift from her very doting Grandma) and I'll admit that I am jealous of them. It is especially frustrating as she can only wear them occasionally (most of her activities require sneakers) and is already outgrowing them after 6 months! I have a (very different) pair of boots that I love, they are over a decade old and have them worked on and re-heeled every year and they still look great. Take care of those and they'll last you for years!
