Art Deco Saturn Chandelier

Here's another Art Deco "Saturn" light fixture that's hanging in my guest bedroom. The globe and rings are made of a simple frosted glass with a nickel plated chain attachment. The inner part of the ring near the globe is etched glass, which provides a nice contrast when lit. It's French, circa 1930's. It provides great mood lighting when lit. Saturn imagery became popular in a variety of Art Deco items, including lamps, after the planet was depicted on the logo of the 1933 Century of Progress Exhibition held in Chicago.
