Frida was with Magnus (my stranger 22) and is from Sweden but was down for the weekend in London. She was a bit unlucky with the weather on Saturday but was still out and about in Brick Lane. Both of them were really cool and were happy for me to take portraits of them.
I usually have my camera set on spot metering and this was causing me all kinds of problems as her face was getting overexposed due to the light being marginally darker on the right hand side. As I was shooting in manual, a quick adjustment on the shutter speed was all that was needed to sort it out.
This is stranger number 23 in my project and I can't believe that I am almost a quarter of the way through. It's been a lot of fun meeting people in London doing this project. I was looking back at the nationalities of my strangers and they have come from a wide variety of backgrounds illustrating just how diverse London is.
