КИЕВ-4 with Гелиос-103 53mm f/1.8
The Kiev-4M is a Soviet Contax-clone manufactured by the Arsenal factory in Kiev. Both the lens (Helios-103) and the body are fairly recent, from 1984.
Shutter speeds: 1/2s-1/000s, B. Self-timer.
Flash sync: 1/25s (hotshoe and sync terminal)
Viewfinder with approximate framing for 50mm lens. Coupled rangefinder. Reputedly the rangefinder in the Kiev (and the Contax) is very accurate due to the extreme distance between the viewfinder windows. However, the view on the Zorki rangefinder is a lot brighter and nicer to use than the one on the Kiev.
Uncoupled light meter. It is operated by turning a dial until a needle matches a marked "correct exposure" position. Then the shutter speed and aperture combination is read from the edge of the dial. Surprisingly, the meter on mine is very accurate (although the design makes it hard to know what exactly is being measured).
