ROTC Hall of Heroes

JONESBORO, ARK. Arkansas State University ROTC conducts its 2019 Hall of Heroes Induction Ceremony. The day began with a reception in the Hall of Heroes, where four distinguished ROTC alumni were provided with tours of the facilities. The ceremony included the induction as well as tailgate and halftime honors at the football game. BG Bradley Cox, BG Kevin Vines, 1LT (deceased) Charles Hinson and Lt. Cmdr. Peter Carrothers were inducted into the ROTC Hall of Heroes.
